When you sign in, Stock Noble receives your site-specific account identifier, email, and available display name from ChatGPT. These identify your account and associate memberships and download records with you.
Newsletter signup stores the email you submit and the time you consented. The owner can export the subscriber list for newsletter delivery. Subscription records remain until they are removed; an unsubscribe request marks a newsletter address inactive.
When you are signed in, saved items are stored with your account and are available across devices. You can remove them from Saved items. Signed-out bookmarks stay in your browser on this device; after signing in, you can choose to move those bookmarks to your account.
Your chosen username and followed tags are saved to your account. Followed tags are used to suggest matching content; you can update or clear those tags in My account.
Advertising inquiries store your name, email, optional company, and message in a private owner inbox so Stock Noble can respond. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
If payments are enabled, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stock Noble stores subscription and customer identifiers and download allowances. Card details are entered in Stripe’s checkout and are not stored by this site.
Book and course purchases are tied to your account. We store product, payment, and access records, plus course completion progress. Course media displays a viewer watermark using your account email or display name to discourage unauthorized sharing.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we record public page visits, anonymous browsing sessions, link and button clicks, scroll depth, searches, and actions such as starting checkout. Search text is screened for obvious contact details. We do not record typed form fields, passwords, payment details, private account pages, course lessons, or Owner Studio activity. First-party activity records are retained for 90 days. An anonymous session identifier is stored in your browser for visit measurement; no identity is attached to these reports. Daily hashed network identifiers are used briefly to limit abusive traffic.
If the owner connects Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity, these services can measure public-page activity after you allow analytics. Clarity may record masked public-page interactions for heatmaps and session replay. Their storage and retention settings are managed in those services. Declining analytics leaves browsing, memberships, and purchases available. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track preferences disable optional analytics.
